  Mary Lou started as an office intern right out of high school and is now considered the voice of Isolantite. Mary Lou’s knowledge and experience with the logistics of running a ceramic manufacturing company is invaluable. Mary Lou has built the trust of our customers and continues to be a familiar voice in a manufacturing world that is continuously changing. She prides herself in putting the customer first and maintaining honest communication and competitive pricing.

  Phil started off at Isolantite as a machinist and has worked his way up to Production manager and is now our VP of Production. Through hard work and continuing to adapt to a changing industry, Phil has been able to keep Isolantite as a world leader in Steatite components. Using his knowledge of Steatite and machining processes and capabilities, Phil has been able to provide countless customers with unique products and custom designs while maintaining quick turnaround times.

• Miguel Martinez

  Ceramic Engineer

  3 years at Isolantite

  Miguel graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010 with a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering. He has had various roles in the Technical Ceramic Industry over the past 9 years; from material batching to ceramic component sales. Miguel has had hands on experience with every step in the ceramic process, which gives him the experience to assist our customers before and after they buy our parts.
