Close dimensional tolerances, highly glazed surfaces, excellent mechanical strength and electrical characteristics make our light duty steatite ceramic standoff insulators economical and practical for many applications.
These insulators are normally glazed with a clear glaze, and markings are available upon request. Square, rectangular and conical shapes can be produced. Mounting holes are available in a number of thread sizes and configurations. All insulators carry radii on the edges.
Specialty posts can be provided in any diameter from 1/4″ to 3″ and lengths from 1/4″ to 12″, depending on diameter.
*Depth of holes varies from 3/16 to 3/8 depending upon length of insulator.
**0.130 diameter x 1/4 deep located 3/8 off center each end.
*0.130 diameter x 1/4 deep located 9/32 off center on top and 1/2 off center on bottom.
**0.130 diameter x 1/4 deep located 5/16 off center on top and 5/8 off center on bottom.
***0.130 diameter x 1/4 deep located 11/32 off center on top and 3/4 off center on bottom.
